Delivery & Returns
Every day throughout this period, we will be offering free delivery same day delivery (usually within 1 hour) from 12pm right up until 10pm to your door if you live in North, East, West or South London. We will we dispatching orders every 2 hours: 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm and 8pm. Orders after 8pm will be dispatched first thing the next day.
Just select the appropriate delivery option depending on where you live at the checkout and we'll send you a tracking code as soon as we're on the way.
To minimise the danger of spreading Covid-19, your order will be sanitised before being packed in paper bags. Our deliveries will also be completely contactless from now on, so please keep an eye on the tracking code that will be sent to you when your order is on its way. We’ll be ringing your bell and leaving your order on the door step.
We have been overwhelmed by the amount of people ordering with so if we go over capacity we may temporarily disable the same day service so everyone can get their order on time.
UK Mainland Delivery:
For orders over £35, we offer free next working day delivery.
Orders under £35 will have a £5.50 delivery charge added at checkout.
Orders placed before 12pm on Monday to Thursday will be dispatched on the same day. If you order on a Friday before 12pm, a Saturday delivery option is available for an extra charge.
Please note that orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday, for delivery on Tuesday.
Our products are usually shipped by DPD and you will receive an email or text confirmation of the expected time-slot after placing your order.
For orders over £80 we offer free standard delivery.
Orders under £80 will have a £15 delivery charge added at checkout.
All European orders placed before 12pm on Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day.
On average, our orders will take 2-3 days to be delivered, however some remote regions may take slightly longer.
Rest of the world delivery:
For orders outside the UK and Europe, please contact us at email@example.com where we will tailor an individual quote for you depending on your order and location.
We are happy to accept any unopened beers and wines that are returned to us within 30 days of delivery. We also accept wholebean coffee returned to us within 15 days of delivery.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept ground coffee or opened wines & beers.
If for any reason your item is damaged or not in the condition expected upon delivery we would request that you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible along with images of the product so we may get a replacement sent out to you.
