Brut Nature ‘15 ‘16 ‘17
A barrel-aged, festive sparkling wine made from Chardonnay & Pinot Noir.
The base wines (vintage ‘15 & ‘16) were fermented and aged in barrels for 1 and 2 years before being blended together in the bottle.
The young, still fermenting ‘17 wine was then added to the bottle, fuelling the second fermentation.
An amazing, light-bodied, yet mature sparkling wine with no added sulphites.
Grown, fermented and bottled in Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany.
