A blend of 50 year old Portugieser and 30 year old Dornfelder vines with a small amount of Sylvaner (10%) and Riesling (5%).
Fresh, juicy, and fruity with semi-carbonic maceration making it punchy and light.
Whole cluster pressed and fermented.
Handpicked and aged for 10 months in used French oak.
Unfined & unfiltered.
Grown, fermented and bottled in Leistadt.
